5. You are responsible for all actions taken using your account.

1. All software (SaaS or licensed) is provided under a non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited license.
2. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute the software without written permission.
3. SaaS access is subscription-based and valid only for the paid billing period.
4. Any misuse, abuse, or unauthorized access may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1. Subscription fees, license fees, and service charges must be paid in advance.
2. You authorize us to process payments using the method provided by you.
3. All invoices must be settled on or before the due date.
4. Payments are handled by trusted third-party payment processors; we do not store full card details.
5. We reserve the right to refuse an order or subscription for reasons including system violations, incorrect information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

1. Project payments and advances are non-refundable once development work has begun.
2. Any changes to project scope may incur additional charges.
3. Delivery timelines may vary depending on client feedback, approvals, and technical requirements.
4. Ownership of custom software will follow the terms agreed upon in the project contract (source code, rights, usage, etc.).

1. We aim to provide continuous and reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
2. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and improvements may temporarily affect system availability.
3. Support services are provided as per the selected subscription plan or service agreement.

1. All data collected, stored, or processed through our systems is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
2. Users are responsible for maintaining backup copies of their data unless a backup service is included in their plan.
3. We are not responsible for loss of data caused by user error, device failure, or external factors.

1. All software, designs, logos, content, and related intellectual property belong to Flexible Information Technology (Pvt) Ltd.
2. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or modify any content without written consent.
3. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

1. Flexible Information Technology (Pvt) Ltd is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
   • Use or inability to use software
   • Data loss
   • System downtime
   • Third-party service interruptions
   • Security breaches caused by user negligence
2. All software is provided "as is" without warranties of fitness, accuracy, or suitability.

1. All software subscriptions, licenses, and development fees are non-refundable, as stated in our Refund Policy.
2. SaaS subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, but payments already made are non-refundable.
3. Upon cancellation, access will remain active until the current paid billing period ends.

We may suspend or terminate access to the software or services if:

• The user violates these Terms & Conditions
• Payment is overdue
• Fraudulent or harmful activity is detected
• Legal or regulatory requirements demand it

Termination does not entitle the user to any refund.

Flexible Information Technology (Pvt) Ltd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
